Mollie: A sweet young woman, somewhat of an ingénue, with hidden depths. (Late 20’s - early 30’s.)

 

Giles: Attractive, pleasant young man. somewhat arrogant. (Late 20’s - early 30’s.)

 

Christopher: Young man , quite flamboyant, somewhat whimsical and fey. (Late 20’s - early 30’s.)

 

Mrs. Boyle: Older woman, officious, demanding, aloof and often ill-tempered. (Mid 60’s to  mid 70’s.)

 

Major Metcalf: Middle aged man, military bearing, but somewhat a ‘Nigel Bruce’ type,but very astute. (Mid to late 50’s.)

 

Miss Casewell: Young woman of a quite masculine demeanor.  (Mid 20’s to mid 30’s.)

 

Mr. Paravicini: Rather elderly,[or is he?] Overdone Italian accent, dark complexion, with a neat moustache. ( Early 70’s - or perhaps not.)

 

Detective Sergeant Trotter: Appealing young man with the firm manner of an officer of the law. Slight Cockney accent. (Late 20’s to early 30’s)
